Whole Foods multigrain bread is one of my favourite breads in the world. The heavy texture and so many different types of seeds inside. Healthy mind starts from healthy eating. Whole Foods is my go-to when I’m feeling a little low. Sure to come out feeling happy with bags full of organic food!!
写真はマルチグレインのパンですが、これがまた美味しい〜。ここのパンが本当に美味しい！週末になるといつも買いにいってます。そして公園通って歩きで行くとまた良い運動になるし、木の並ぶ道を散歩中の犬とか、スポーツしている人を眺めながらの散歩って気分が良い。これがまた癒し。忙しいからこそ、こういうシンプルな時間を大切にしての生活を心がけてます。みんなも癒しの時間、作ってますか？
